Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Plavista collects through plavista.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us: your name, company, work email, phone number if you give one, and the message you write in the contact form, or the contents of any email you send to [email protected].

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to discuss a diagnostic or other work with you. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

• Formspree receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and routes email sent to our address.
• Google provides our email inbox and the fonts this site loads.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms. Some of them may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years after our last contact, after which we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Business data shared for a diagnostic

Sales, stock and order data shared with us for a diagnostic is handled under a separate NDA agreed with your company before anything is shared, not under this notice.
